Beneficial Owners in Retry Status

I am following this documentation: https://developers.dwolla.com/resources/business-verified-customer/handling-controller-and-customer-statuses.html#handling-retry-status

When a business verified customer is placed in Retry status, all the information has to be sent as payload again along with 9 digit SSN of the controller. What if there is a beneficial owner was present in the company? Will I have to create another beneficial owner or update the existing or leave it untouched?

Hi @bistasulove, The verification of the Beneficial Owner which belongs to the overall Business Verified Customer will be handled separately. Unless the Beneficial Owner you have attached already doesn’t have a verified status then no action will be needed to update. IF there is a new owner being replaced or added, then you’ll need to remove the existing one and/or add the new one.
