In Business verification for controller info:- for US persons if the verification status is retry they are required to submit full ssn number for verification but for non us customer when I create a retry status customer what are they require to submit? In sandbox just sending the data again verifies it automatically will it work similarly in production as well for non US customers with a retry status are they only require to submit correct data again? @shreya
Hi @Mayank – For non US Controllers, since they already have their full Passport number sent in the first request, if they fall into retry, they will just need to submit the same information if there are no corrections need to be made.
