Is it possible to get the customer into the “retry” status, when you are already requiring all the fields?
Hi @nmalloch, are you looking specifically to test placing a Customer into the
retry status in our Sandbox?
I wandering if the user has already provided all fields, if this is a status I will not need to be concerned with
@nmalloch, I would account for this verification state in your onboarding flow for the user. On the initial creation of an identity verified Customer we’ll run our verification check to see if the information passes. If for example the user mis-keys their SSN, there is a high likelihood they’ll be placed in the
retry status upon creation. The user should ultimately validate all of their information again on the retry attempt to make sure that it is complete and accurate.
