Can't retrieve customer info for master account

I get a 404 when I do /customers/{my-master-account-guid} where I have retrieved the master account guid by calling the API root.

I am stuck. Help!

Hi @CJW, Do you want to receive information for your master Dwolla Account or an end-user/Customer record? Just to recap:

  • Accounts - resource that represents your parent/master Dwolla Account. To reference by ID, the path would be /accounts/{id}
  • Customers - resource that represents end-users on your platform/applications. Customers are created via an application and are owned by a parent/Master Account. To reference by ID, the path would be /customers/{id}
