Invalid Funds Flow - Needs Facilitate Permissions

Hi Dwolla Team,

We’re seeing the following error response in our production environement when trying to complete and ACH payment from a Verified Business to a Receive Only Personal user:

Invalid Funds Flow: this operation requires the funds flow 'Facilitate' to be enabled

Would you mind granting the required permissions to resolve this? @shreya @kmoreira @spencer
