Mass Payment done but the status is pending on sandbox

Hi everyone,

I am new here and done some mass payments with my account but I have a issue that when I done a mass payment with the Api on postman in my customers I can see the transactions but there status is pending and it’s been two days.

But in the mass transaction tab the mass transaction is completed.

Can you please guide me what I am doing wrong here.

Hi @Usman_Tahir,

Ah that would be because the transfers have to be manually processed by simulating bank transfer processing using one of two methods, 1) clicking the Process Bank Transfers button in the Sandbox Dashboard, or 2) calling the /sandbox-simulations endpoint via the API.
