Super old funds in an old account - bank accounts closed

I just came across my old Dwolla credentials on my old laptop and realized I still have money in my account, but the accounts they are connected to are closed (in one case the bank no longer exists - ING Direct). How can I get access to it?

This isn’t API related but I have no way to contact anyone else it appears.
