Unable to create new customer

(Nadsoft Technology) #1

I have sandbox account and previously I created 3 customer accounts, now when I am trying to create new user using API, it is not working. Not even showing any error. Please help me.

Same for me. Getting 500 status code, code: ‘ServerError’ error. Previously this worked for me just fine.

Yes previously it was working fine for me too. But now I am getting 500 status code. Here is the error in log file. It is error of Api call for customer. for other call it is working fine.

@Nadsoft_Technology and @Andrei-ES, Apologies for disruption and inconvenience. We’re looking into this Sandbox issue this morning and are hoping to have a fix shortly. I’ll follow up once this has been resolved.
