Is there something wrong with Sandbox?

As I was trying to create an user I started getting this error: {“code”=>“ServerError”, “message”=>“A server error occurred. Error ID: d24c1543-7585-4819-9570-0a519c246952.”}

I never ran into this error before and the code hasn’t changed, so I’m wondering if there’s something wrong with Dwolla’s sandbox or if it’s down.

I’ve started facing exactly the same issue today. Creating a business verified customer with dwolla-business-vcr started to fail with server response code 500.

I am also facing same issue while creating a customer with sandbox account. It create customer successfully if created from Dashboard but while creating customer from api it returns error code as given below:

All the same with me. Everything works perfectly except for customer creation…

Hey @kostyabek

We’re looking into this now. It appears the error is occurring only when creating verified customers via the sandbox api. Will have a solution shortly.
