Unable to transfer funds from verified customer

I have a newly created verified customer. I’ve connected and verified a bank account to the customer but when I attempt to transfer money from the verified bank account to the customer’s balance or from the verified account to my balance I get a sender restricted error.

I can transfer from the master account balance to the verified customer’s balance.

Is there a step after creating the verified customer that I am missing?

Hi Matt – Would you be able to share the Customer ID?

I would check that the Customer is in a fully verified status. If they are a Business Verified Customer, they would also need to have their Beneficial Owners verified and Certified before being able to create transfers.
