Hello. I am having diffculty setting up my personal account to send funds to my landlord for rent. I am only given the option to withdraw funds. Can someone assist? Thank you
Hi Joseph, you will want to have your landlord send you a payment request for your rent. You will then receive an email in which you can follow the instructions on how to fulfill that payment request.
In early December, Dwolla moved away from some personal account functions including the ability to send Peer-to-Peer or Personal to Business accounts, unless a request was made by the business. If you have any further questions please let us know.
