Under business dwolla setup flow in sandbox environment, not able to submit pre-verified success document in multiple sections in same flow (like business information and controller information section)

I’m having document required status under business information and controller information section, when I uploaded pre-verified success document provided by dwolla in both sections, then in one of the section it’s saying duplicate document.
Same is happening for other sections.
How can I test this success scenario where multiple sections are pending for document?
