It looks like that from the screenshot you have 2 actions that need completing. certify owners and verify owners

OKay, I got it. but I did not add any beneficial owners. And this certification defines what ?

Hi @todor – when you do have any beneficial owners, the certification step confirms that the User signing up certified that there are no beneficial owners of this business and that all information provided is correct.
