500 Server Error on transfers

Hi,

We got the following error on a transfer on Production Dwolla.

“status”:500,“headers”:{},“body”:{“code”:“ServerError”,“message”:“A server error occurred. Error ID: c5dd45ae-844f-48bf-82c8-ef33e776ebd1.”

Seems like a sporadic issue, but any additional information will be helpful.

Hey, @Jose_Guillen,

If this transaction was made earlier this afternoon (12:00-1:00p CDT), there was an issue with our API that resulted in some transfers returning 500s. The incident report can be found here.

This issue was resolved at 1:00p CDT, however, so you should now be able to create new transfers successfully!
