Currently, I am working on a transfer scenario to withdraw cash from a customer’s wallet to a bank card. In case of transfer failure, I am wondering if the ACH return time would also be two business days or if it would be returned immediately.
Additionally, if a two-day return time is required, could you please advise me on how to listen through webhook for the return?
Hi @Zehui_Long – in case of an ACH failure for a wallet-to-bank transfer you can expect to see ACH return to come in 1-2 business days. For example, if a transfer was created on Monday before 4pmCT (ACH export cut off time), you will get the return the next morning on Tuesday. If the transfer was created after 4pmCT on Monday, it will export from Dwolla on Tuesday at 4pm and the return will come in on Wednesday morning.
