I have found that we do not receive customer and beneficial owner documents approved webhooks from dwolla in the Sandbox environment. We just received company-approved and BOs-approved webhooks. Is this behavior expected in the sandbox?
Will that also be the case in the production environment? Should we consider a customer approved in Dwolla when we receive customer approval even if we have not received approval for its documents?

Hi @Rabin_Dangol , do you have the Customer Id for the user you were attempting to upload documents for in Sandbox? Were you uploading the test document referenced in our docs?
You can definitely consider a Customer as being verified as soon as you receive a customer_verified webhook, regardless of an uploaded document being approved, rejected or pending.
However, what seems to have happened in this case is as follows:
For customer 3a2cafe7-38e8-446b-a3d8-23bc2bef929e
The customer went into document status
A document was uploaded - ID eb29c13f-9186-4cc1-bb8d-401394af183f
The document was approved and a customer_verification_document_approved webhook was sent
A customer_verified webhook was sent
A second document was uploaded, but since the customer was already verified, the document wasn’t reviewed
For customer 62c00071-2caa-4d84-8699-b579601ee370
The customer went into retry status
A document was uploaded which seemed to have pushed the customer into a verified status without needing a retry attempt ← looks like you ran into an edge case in Sandbox. This is not expected to happen in Production.
A customer-verified webhook was sent, but no customer_verification_document_approved was sent.
Hope this helps clarify things! Let us know if you have any questions!
