We use Plaid IDV for KYC and then pass PII to Dwolla to create a verified customer. Sometimes, the customer meets Plaid IDV verification but fails the Dwolla verification. Rather than having the customer retry their PII, is it possible to force the customer to a document status?
Since Plaid IDV has verified them, I would like not to have them go through the verification process with Plaid. Would this be possible?
Unfortunately it’s not currently possible to bypass the systematic verification that occurs on Customer creation. I’ll be sure to pass this feedback along to our Product team for consideration! Even though they may pass verification with Plaid, they must meet Dwolla’s requirements for verification in order to get successfully onboarded.
