After deactivating the verified customer and then reactivating it on sandbox the customer is still verified.
How does it work on the production when the time from deactivation to reactivation is not a few hours but a few weeks/months? Will this customer still be verified?
Hi @klaudia.on! If a Customer is deactivated while in a verified status, then they will remain verified even after reactivating regardless of the gap in time from deactivation to reactivation!
