Retry changed to document

API question
When in retry status and user dit not fill anything, dwolla system may change retry to document?

Hi @Weilin_Zou – when in retry the customer must as least provide the full SSN before Dwolla can change them to document. If nothing is changed and the request is submitted with only a 4-digit SSN, then the API request will get an error response and the Customer will remain in retry status.

Hi @Weilin_Zou , this is possible. If the document like the drivers license contains details that doesn’t match what was submitted for the account, then the account can be placed back into a retry status to correct account information.
