Sandbox environment: Overall status gets verified even one document got rejected

On the sandbox environment, apply “retry” and get the retry status then
again applied with “retry” and then got document status, now
upload one successful document and one failed document but the overall status getting verified even though one document got rejected.

@shreya is this expected behaviour ? if not then why its getting verified.
