How to change information that a customer sees on a bank statement?

Currently my company’s name shows up on my bank record once a transaction is posted in Dwolla.

OURCOMPANY LLC 00-08374...

I have multiple merchants and clients running on my account and not all of the clients are aware of OURCOMPANY LLC. I would like to change this name on a transaction. Prefferably I want to post a Merchant’s name.

Please let me know how can I do this.

In Dwolla, the name that appears on your bank record for a transaction is typically the name on your Dwolla account or specified DBA name. Unfortunately, the current Dwolla API does not support changing this name on a per-transaction basis. It defaults to the name on your Dwolla account or specified DBA name.

However, if you have a use case where you are facilitating transactions between two end-users/Customers then we can configure an account level setting that would display the sending party’s name on the ACH credit and the recipient on the ACH debit.
