When my customer has the verify-controller-and-business-with-document link in the sandbox and I upload one success document, the customer is verified. I don’t believe this is intended behavior; I would expect the customer link to change to either verify-with-document or verify-business-with-document. This makes testing difficult.
Hi @george , You’re correct in that it’ll auto-verify the account in sandbox if one of the test documents is uploaded. This is great feedback that we’ll pass along to our product team!
